Material use of the notebook shaft

Notebook shaft commonly used materials

Sheet metal class:

I. SPCC (SPCC was originally the Japanese standard (JIS) "Generally used cold rolled carbon steel sheet and strip" steel name, and now many countries or enterprises directly used to express their own similar steel (such as Baosteel Q / BQB402 standard There are SPCC). Note: similar brands include SPCD (cold rolled carbon steel sheet and strip for stamping), SPCE (deep-rolled cold rolled carbon steel sheet and strip), SPCCKSPCCCE (TV special steel), SPCC4DSPCC8D, etc. Steel for bicycle rings, etc., for different occasions)

1. The composition of spcc

The ordinary structural steel of the Japanese steel (JIS series) is mainly composed of three parts. The first part indicates the material, such as: S (Steel) means steel, F (Ferrum) means iron; the second part shows different shapes, types, uses, For example, P (Plate) represents the board, T (Tube) represents the tube, K (Kogu) represents the tool; the third part represents the characteristic number, which is generally the minimum tensile strength. Such as: SS400 - the first S means steel, the second S means "Structure", 400 is the lower limit tensile strength 400MPa, and the whole shows the ordinary structural steel with tensile strength of 400MPa.
Supplement: SPCC-- indicates that cold-rolled carbon steel sheets and steel strips are generally used, which is equivalent to China Q195-215A grade. The third letter C is an abbreviation for Cold Cold. To ensure the tensile test, add T to the end of the grade to SPCCT.

Second, SECC (electrolytic sub-lead galvanized steel sheet is a stamping material, which is coated with a zinc layer on the surface of the cold-rolled sheet. Anti-rust and corrosion resistance. The price is relatively high.
The general plate thickness is 0.4~3.2mm. )

Third, SPHC (the first S is the abbreviation of Steel, P is the abbreviation of Plate Plate, H is the abbreviation of Hot Heat, C Commercial Commercial abbreviation, the overall representation is generally hot-rolled steel plate and steel strip.)
Fourth, SK5 (aka: SK85 carbon tool steel, standard: JIS G4401, after quenching and tempering have higher hardness and wear resistance, but low thermosetting, poor hardenability, easy deformation, plasticity and low strength.
V. SK7 (high carbon steel with carbon content of 0.6, used after quenching and hardening, SK7 is excellent in wear resistance, and is a cheaper tool steel. It is suitable for parts with high hardness required for sliding parts and cold working molds. Parts. sk7 material is often used on parts that require elasticity. The stamping characteristics are similar to spcc, and the hardness and rebound are slightly stronger. Usually, it is heat treated after stamping to achieve the required hardness and elasticity.)
Sixth, S60C is a kind of spring steel with a carbon content of 0.6. S60C has excellent wear resistance and the price is favorable.
S60C materials are often used on parts that require elasticity. They have a slightly stronger hardness and rebound. They are usually heat treated after stamping to achieve the desired hardness and elasticity.

7. SUS303 is austenitic type free-cutting stainless steel wear-resistant and heat-resistant steel. In order to improve the performance of the steel, no more than 0.60% of molybdenum can be added to the steel, which can resist ablation, and the product has good machinability and resistance. Burning, corrosion resistance. 303 stainless steel mechanical properties after annealing and stress relief, tensile strength 515MPa, yield strength 205MPa, elongation 40%. Stainless steel 303 has a standard hardness of HRB 90-100, HRC 20-25. (Note: HRB100 = HRC20)

  8. SUS304 stainless steel is a grade of stainless steel produced in accordance with American ASTM standards. 304 is equivalent to China's 06Cr19Ni10 (0Cr18Ni9) stainless steel, Japan also cites the American name, called: SUS304

9, SUS430 referred to as Japan SUS series stainless steel. The steel grade corresponding to the SUS430 (F/FR) stainless steel and the national standard is 1Cr17. The tensile strength is greater than 450, the yield strength is greater than 205, and the HBS is less than 183 (data is annealed). Often used as architectural decoration, heavy oil burner parts, etc.

Axial material: SUM22 is a free-cutting structural steel, and free-cutting steel is a steel that is easy to be machined (car, milling, drawing, planing, drilling, etc.), also called automatic machine tool processing steel, referred to as automatic steel. It is produced to adapt to machining automation and production lines. This type of steel can be machined with higher cutting speeds and deeper cutting weights, and the cutting resistance is reduced due to the easy-cutting elements added to the steel and the compound is formed by the addition of the elements themselves and the resulting compound. The function of the part makes the chips easy to break and reduces the wear, which improves the smoothness and precision of the parts to be processed, and improves the tool life and production efficiency.
